What is HR/HCM transformation? It’s easily broken down in two halves. The first half is focused on deploying technology levers – an integrated HCM, employee experience and workflow tools, automation with chatbots, and RPA or AI software. The other half sets its focus on service delivery levers that redesign processes and roles carried out by shared services, centers of expertise and business partners.

Data-driven assessments are important, but leading with your specific employee needs will allow us to accurately assess what your company needs and how that compares to companies your size. While using benchmarks and data is crucial, we do not hold that as an absolute standard. We use them as a tool, not as an end all be all.
