Mario Orellana

President / Founder

Mario Orellana provides outstanding advisory services in the technology adoption service line with a focus on Human Capital Management (HCM). From recruiting to payroll, HCM has been Mario’s career for over 20 years gaining a complete understanding of the Tier One HCM space along with SMB. Mario started his HCM career in the early 90’s with SAGE as a Technical Analyst then moving into Professional Services. He is an experienced Time & Attendance principal resource, process-driven, highly motivated HCM Professional and Transformation agent. He has showcased leadership ability by overseeing Cloud and On-Premise Time & Attendance and Payroll solution projects including Oil and Gas and Utilities industries; applying direction and vision to utilize cross-functional teams and strategies to drive productivity.

He thoroughly understands the 3 leaders in the Tier-One space (Oracle, Workday and SAP) and has multiple connections on all levels with each one of them. Mario is also an HCM thought leader and has presented sessions at reputable HCM conferences.

Mario graduated from UCA with a BS in Business Administration.

Monica Aitken

With over 15 years of experience managing HCM services within high-profile corporations, Monica Aitken is a highly analytical professional who has established herself as a skilled and accomplished leader. Her proven track record of successfully training teams and utilizing cutting-edge information technology to introduce operational improvements has resulted in enhanced productivity, efficiency, and bottom-line performance. Monica’s expertise lies in analyzing current data sets, pivoting and adapting through an agile mindset, assessing risks, and integrating forward-thinking strategic planning to achieve organizational objectives.

Monica’s impressive track record of success includes implementing HRIS systems, managing global mobility programs, leading organizational development initiatives, and successfully managing global expansion projects while ensuring compliance with local and international
regulations. Her extensive experience in diverse areas such as Human Resource Management, HRIS Implementation, Global Mobility, Change Management, Global Expansion, Organizational Development, Project Management, and Integrity-Based Leadership has enabled her to develop a wide range of skills and expertise.

As a strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving skills, Monica brings a results-driven approach to all her work. Her integrity-based leadership style has earned her the respect and trust of colleagues, clients, and stakeholders alike. Paige Washington

Our newest addition, Paige joins WTA bringing a distinguished background in military and healthcare operations. As a former operations manager in the U.S. Air Force, she developed exceptional skills in critical thinking, adaptability, and secure data management. After her military service, Paige pursued her undergraduate studies on the East Coast before transitioning to the private sector.

During her decade-long career in healthcare project management, she established an impressive track record in HIPAA compliance, claims processing, and comprehensive HR operations. Her achievements include successful employee retention initiatives, efficient provider network management, and implementing robust patient care protocols. Most recently, Paige served as the primary point of contact for federal contracts managing natural resource and energy allocation during the pandemic, where she demonstrated outstanding operational oversight while maintaining both corporate and consumer confidence.

Her unique blend of military precision, healthcare expertise, and commitment to operational excellence makes her a valuable addition to the WTA team, where she will contribute to our continued growth and client success.

Nicoleen Cross-Jules

Nicoleen Cross-Jules, founder of Cross Intelligence Analysis, L.L.C., a veteran- and woman-owned consulting firm, provides expert services in People Analytics, Human Capital Management (HCM), and workforce intelligence solutions. Her 30+ years of analytics experience enable her to assist organizations in optimizing talent strategies, workforce planning, and employee engagement by translating complex HR data into actionable intelligence. As a UKG Pro People Analytics Certified expert and IBM Cognos specialist, Ms. Cross-Jules utilizes advanced data visualization, predictive modeling, and workforce analytics to facilitate strategic decision-making, compliance adherence, and operational efficiency improvements. A Marine Corps veteran, she brings a disciplined and precise approach, coupled with a passion for data-driven HR transformation, empowering clients to enhance workforce performance, retention, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
